Vacation---one to be longed remember :o)

As you can see and imagine we just had a fabulous vacation and thought about each of you so often and wishing you were with us. However we realized that was not possible so we tried to enjoy ourselves without you, our dearest family members and friends. Maybe next time we can schedule our vacations together. Will try to post another blog in just a few.
Luv you

cooler weather!!!

Now how is this for a change in the weather? Tully is asking for heat and I suggested he think of the hot weather we have experienced this summer but don't think he was real pleased with that idea so thought the next best thing would be to put on a jacket :o). Then I visited other members of our family and found that both of my brothers had on jackets as well. Now whats-up-with this lol. It may be that we all viewed the snow pic that Martha sent us today :o). Suppose It would be a good thing for me to pull out my warm-ups as well, now exactly where are they??
Never-ever forget that God is good and my how He cares for His own!!

Okay, believe it---- I'm back :o)

Okay, it has only been approx. three weeks since I last posted on this wonderful blog of mine :o). Now this is not to say it has not crossed my mind but as everyone knows I can be a real procrastinator at times. Suppose I should start with saying I had a funtastic time with Martha (sister) last week. Now she had a weeks vacation so I thought it would be a good time to fly up and keep her occupied as we really don't want to see her so bored lol. We truly had a fun and busy week visiting some "old acquaintances", checking out a few places to dine (of course we only ate at the places who served healthy foods), getting gas then going to shop at 2:am and one day we even went to prison lol. Fortunately the guards were understanding and placed Martha under my care so we returned home without incident!!!! Once I returned home it is back to the same-0, same-0 which is really not a bad thing.
Today has definitely been a different one. We had our two fur babies, Beagle Boy and Frostie, in Warren at 9am getting a bath. Boy do they ever look and I'm sure feel good!! I then took them to the Wagnon Place to visit many of the residence. My, my, were I ever proud of them . You would have thought they had been cheering up folks all of their life. They were so well behaved while putting smiles on many faces. I hope to continue to do this on occasions. We often forget many of those people at one time had a faithful and loving pet. By the way, Beagle Boy now weighs 40 lbs. while Frostie hit the 81 lb mark. I just can't imagine life without our special friends. And I sure don't want to leave McKenzie out but in no way would he be a Happy Camper nor encourage anyone else to be one had I taken him. At 15 and 1/2 yrs old he prefers to be left alone to sleep his life away :o).
Well you are probably thinking enough is enough so I will say Goodnight and remember each of you are very special to the Lord and to me also.
LUV U!!

Surprise, surprise :o)

Just felt like surprising those (all three of you) who check my blog occasionally with an addition much sooner than usual :o). As always this has been a good week, have been blessed beyond measure!! God is so good!!
Can't think of much different other than I stayed home a little more than usual, which was a good thing in my book.
We had two couples from our church over tonight for a great time of fellowship. First we felt it necessary to have dinner at our fine cafe in New Edinburg. The food was scruptious as always. Later we enjoyed the delicious Chocolate Pie Pauline baked followed by a few games of "Why did I do that". As you well know I love doing such things. What better way to make great memories. Speaking of memories, who knows, we sisters may have another dress-up day tomorrow :o).
Never-ever forget God luvs U and so do I.

Now how many days has it been??

As one can see, I must be one of the greatest procastinators that considers themselves to be a blogger. Of course I will say once again that anything I may write will not be news to those who read it.
We did get a little rain this afternoon or at least that is what Tully said it was :o). Hopefully there will be more falling on our parched ground tomorrow.
Amberlee is now at home and my, is it ever quiet around here. She is missed! We enjoy her being with us so much and thankful that Michael and Kristy are willing to share her. She adds so much to our lives. Now I'm wondering just how she is doing with on her new language, Pig-a-latin :o) :o). We regret that we're unable to spend time with out other precious granddaughter, Mallory.
I will also add that it was such fun playing Dress-Up with two of my Sista's recently. Who would have ever dreamed I would be doing that over the internet, in person yes, no problem. lol.
Suppose I have bored you just about enough so once again I'll remind you that U R Special to God and U R Special to me!!
luv u

So how long has it been?????

Okay, I suppose it is about time for me to make another posting, what do you think????
I actually made one earlier that got lost in outer space somewhere, really I did!

The past few days have been enjoyable ones with our granddaughter, Amberlee. She is getting to spend some time with us while her parents are in the process of moving. Now how is that for getting out of work and school?

I am loving my new pc but not getting to use it very much since this little visiting relative is here. My, my she showing to how to do different things. I never realized so much was locked away in this machine :o). Just maybe I will remember a few of the neat tricks after she has returned home. She did promise to be my tech and one I can call on at anytime!!

The Reaves Homecoming last Sunday was enjoyed by many. Amberlee just couldn't understand why we had to stay so long :o). Can you believe she wants to spend time with a friend on Sat. rather than attend the Frey Reunion?

I have used up the min. allowed so for this time I will close and be more prompt in the future, just never-ever forget God loves you and so do we. Be Blessed!!

Where does the time go????

It has been several days since I last posted anything and now it seems what I may say is certainly not very important nor interesting. God continues to be better to us than we deserve, but can't we all say a big Amen to that.
Yest. was spent in Little Rock at the Endoscopy Center and Radiology at St. Vincent with our sister Sue. The trip is never an easy one but I think of how she must feel so I'll not complain but support her as I know she must be going through some trying times in her mind as well as discomforts in the body. Remember her in prayer!
Last Sat. , Aug. 5, I helped in a successful benefit fish fry for our Pastor and wife. The food was scrumptous and music following was uplifting.
On Aug. 4 we partnershipped with a bank in purchasing a new auto. I had never heard of a Pacifica but now we have one :o). The first new car in over 10 1/2 yrs. Now we really need God's continued Blessings.
Daughter, Kristy and family, will be moving the end of the month into a Town Home which is approx. 30 min. from where they now reside. They are excited and I'm looking forward to being there for the big event.
Granddaughters and fur babies are doing good inspite of the hot weather.
Each of you have a blessed day and just maybe next time I'll post sooner and say less. Now is that a joke or what? lol---roflol!!!!
